The Profit Leak Scorecard and any other diagnostic tools on this website are educational tools designed to provide general guidance. Scores, estimates, and recommendations are based on the information you provide and general industry assumptions. They are not audits, financial analyses, or professional assessments.

Dollar-loss estimates are approximations based on common patterns in the residential remodeling industry and should not be relied upon as precise financial projections.

Payments, Deposits & Refund Policy

Deposit: A $495 USD deposit is required to reserve a spot in the Profit Accelerator program. This deposit is applied toward the full program investment upon acceptance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Application review: After submitting your deposit and application, Brandon will personally review your submission within 48 hours. Acceptance is not guaranteed — the program is limited in size and requires mutual fit.

If accepted: Your $495 deposit is credited toward the full program investment. You will receive payment plan options and onboarding details.

If not accepted or you decide not to enroll: Your $495 deposit is promptly refunded. You will receive a personal email from Brandon explaining the decision.

Program investment: The Profit Accelerator is priced at $5,000 (pay in full), $5,495 (two payments), or $5,695 (three payments). Payment plan terms and schedule are provided upon acceptance.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel before the program start date, contact us at findprofit@remodel-coach.com. Your $495 deposit will be refunded.

Profit Recovery Guarantee

The Profit Recovery Guarantee applies to Profit Accelerator participants who complete the full program. To qualify, you must:

• Attend every weekly coaching call
• Complete all assigned homework and implementation tasks
• Complete the 1-on-1 coaching session

The guarantee: If, after completing all program requirements, you have not identified at least $25,000 in annual profit opportunities within your business, Brandon will continue working with you in additional 1-on-1 sessions (up to 4 additional sessions, scheduled monthly) at no extra cost until you reach that threshold.

“Identified” means documented opportunities for profit recovery through pricing corrections, scope management improvements, estimating accuracy, or operational changes — not a guarantee that you will earn or collect that amount. Actual results depend on your implementation.

This guarantee does not constitute a money-back guarantee. The program investment is non-refundable after the program start date.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remodel Coach, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of this website or reliance on any information provided.
